While we've been roasting coffee for a few years now, our founder has been an avid devotee of the grill for decades. We love the way this rub works with beef and pork alike, and strikes a nice balance between sweet and savory, with a bit of heat for good measure. The base is our Half Stack Decaf (so you aren't forced into a coffee buzz at dinnertime) and ancho chile powder, with a proprietary blend of herbs and spices that we think brings out the best in steaks and chops for high heat grilling, as well as brisket and ribs for "low and slow." Apply an even coating to your favorite cut, grill or smoke to your liking, and enjoy. Net weight 2 ounces.
